Fixing your life

Two major components to fixing not liking your life.
1) Think about what you don’t like
2) Act to change it.

Don’t spend too much time thinking about what you don’t like – that’s just depressing. By now you should have a pretty good idea about what you don’t like. Instead spend the energy working out what you would prefer and how to get it.

If you don’t act to change the things you don’t like, you are saying one of two things
A) I accept these things I don’t like, or
B) I don’t think I deserve to be happy

In the case of A, that means you need to learn to like those things you don’t like, or work out ways to decrease the displeasure.

In the case of B, you are wrong. Everyone deserves to be happy. If you need punishment, report yourself to the police, or confess to the one you have hurt, accept whatever punishment they deem fit and then get on with you life. When you punish you forever, you do everyone a disservice.
